Ozone sauna

The traditional sauna provides total relaxation for the body. With the ozone sauna, you combine all the latest holistic techniques in a gentle way. As the skin is the body's largest organ, it can allow ozone to penetrate the cells non-invasively by dilating the pores. You'll be able to detoxify, reduce aches and pains, improve your cardiac function by improving blood circulation, reduce stress and increase your energy levels, etc.

- Ozone therapy: ozone diffused in the Hocatt sauna, which works in synergy with other treatments, has the advantage of being administered both topically (through the skin) and systemically (through the blood). Its action is reinforced by carboxytherapy and hyperthermia.

- Carboxytherapy: injection of Co2 into the sauna, which, when mixed with steam, produces carbonic acid. This improves blood circulation, reduces high blood pressure and relieves the body of stress and muscular tension.

- Hyperthermia: we're simply talking about the benefits of the heat provided in the same way as in a traditional sauna. In particular, it reduces muscular tension, increases the supply of oxygen and nutrients to the cells and stimulates the immune system.

- Oxygen therapy: a cannula placed in front of your face will allow you to inhale humidified oxygen during the session to increase the quantity in your blood. You'll feel an almost immediate sense of well-being, with a boost of energy to boot.

- Far infrared: far infrared rays heat your body throughout the session to induce the hyperthermia mentioned above. This hyperthermia makes it easier for the body to receive other treatments, so that ozone and oxygen can better percolate into every cell of your body. Infrared rays penetrate deep into the skin and subcutaneous tissues, relieving joint and muscle pain.

- Aromatherapy: using a steam jet, essential oils are diffused into the Hocatt, depending on your pain, fatigue and stress levels. As well as relaxing you, they will reinforce the treatment in progress.

- Light therapy: this therapy involves sending out light rays of different colours that are reflected by the steam and the ultra-reflective walls of the chamber, for soothing, relaxing, balancing and energising effects.

•Electrotherapy: a low-intensity electric current penetrates your body through your feet, which are placed on a metal plate designed for this purpose.

It can be used to treat chronic pain, oedema, neuropathic pain, pain associated with fractures and other traumas, etc..

- Pulsed electromagnetic fields: the electromagnetic fields sent out allow the cells to regenerate, recharge their 'batteries' and regain their initial performance. The aim of this technique is to evacuate toxins, reduce pain and increase blood circulation and oxygen transport. They speed up the healing process by stimulating damaged tissue.
